PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is one of Multinational Company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan Area. We invite professionals and dynamics people who are ready to be located in Balikpapan or Site Forestry and fill these positions:
1. HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT (HRD-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Human Resources Management, such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Career Planning and Industrial Relation with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Age max. 45 years old.
· Graduated Min. S1 degree Majoring Law/Physiology/Management from reputable University
· Minimum of 3 years experience as HRD Superintendent, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry.
· Good understand in Indonesia Man Power Regulation.
· Good communication & presentation.
· English and computer literacy are a must.
· High motivation, disciple, team work, dynamic with good personality
· Work location at Balikpapan & Site Forestry.
2. TAX OFFICER (TO)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle all tax administration such as calculation and payment of all taxes also prepare annual income tax and PPh 21.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree in Accounting or Tax with Min. GPA.3,0.
· Minimum 1 year experience in the same positions.
· Good skills in Accounting, Tax, Reporting, computer and SAP software.
· Good knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations.
· Good interpersonal skill, honest, discipline, Initiative, team-work, self-motivated and dynamic.
· Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate (Mandarin skills is preferred)
· Willing to work in Balikpapan .
3. SENIOR SECRETARY (SSC)
The ideal candidate should have experiences as Senior Secretary of General Manager or Director for at least 3 years.
Requirements:
· Female, age max. 30 years old.
· Minimum Diploma degree in Secretarial Academy .
· Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate (Mandarin skills is referred)
· Good interpersonal skills, initiative, discipline, honest, team-work, self-motivated, dynamic.
Familiar in SAP system.
· Willing to work in Balikpapan .
4. PROCUREMENT SUPERINTENDENT (PR-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Procurement System and Activities such as Purchasing, Logistic, Inventory and store for Heavy Equipment, Truck Vehicle (TR), Chip Mill Etc. and employees development with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Electrical/ /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years experienced as Procurement Superintendent.
· Competent in managing data/statistic.
· Enjoy working with numbering & detail.
· Expert in SAP system.
· Based in Balikpapan .
